There's Hope
in the Standstill

During the rise of COVID-19, Singapore became one of the early countries to impose city-wide social restrictions, putting everything to an abrupt standstill.
With strict protocols, dynamic adaptation and steadfast government-resident coordination, Singapore has moved out from the dangerous predicament and is hailed as one of the success stories in tackling the pandemic.

Reflecting those values, this arrangement of chairs at the vaccination centres becomes a metaphor of orderly manner and stringent procedure in problem solving.
Even in unsettling and tranquil setting, art practitioners must adapt, innovate and collaborate in challenging times to keep the creative industry going and bustling.
